Monday – Thursday Reservations: $165.00 per day for up to 2 guests. Additional guests are $55 a night.
Weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (all 3 nights are required): $165.00 per day for up to 2 guests - $495 minimum. Additional guests are $55 a night. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday must be paid for even if you take more days on either side of Friday or Monday. Note: this means you can stay as long as you like on Sunday or depart on Monday by 11 AM.
Day Guest: There is a $40.00 charge (per person) for DAY GUEST.
Linen Fee: Guests are highly encouraged to provide linens (sheets, towels, and pillowcases). If guests do not bring their own linens, a $35.00 charge per cabin will be added for the use of linens. For large groups of 5 or more, a $45.00 fee will be charged per cabin. Linens can be found in the cabins. All guests will make their own beds.
Minimum Nights: June – August: 3-night minimum for weekends & weekday rentals. Spring, Fall & Winter: 2-night minimum for weekday rentals and 3-night minimum for weekends.
Rates are subject to change; website may not reflect the most current price. A 6% hotel tax will be charged.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. The cabin will be open and prepared for your arrival. Someone will stop by to ensure everything is in order and collect the guest information sheet and signed waivers. Please note that all guests must sign a release of risk and indemnity and parental consent agreement. Final payment will be settled before your departure day. Check-out is at 11 a.m. If you used the bed, please leave all linens and bedspreads on the floor instead of making the bed. This helps us know what needs to be washed. Turn the heat to 60 or A/C to 78. Close all windows and doors. Please wash all dishes. Check for belongings before leaving.
Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit of $165.00 per day is required. Cash or checks only (made out to Cypress Acres Ranch). No debit or credit cards. Mail to: Cypress Acres Ranch 306 East Summit Drive Wimberley, Texas 78676
If reservations are canceled with 90 days or more notice, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If reservations are canceled with less than 90 days’ notice, no deposit will be refunded. Any reservation changed with less than 90 days’ notice will be handled as a cancellation, unless the cancellation reservation date is filled. The deposit will be refunded or applied to the new reservation, except for a $100.00 handling charge.
Rules
Swimming is at your own risk. Absolutely NO DIVING!!! Fishing is prohibited in the main swimming hole; catch-and-release where permitted. Please only use reef-safe sunscreen. Please leave all gates (open or closed) as you found them. Never climb over fences. Always keep your distance from the animals. Renters will be responsible for all damage to property by pets or occupants. Restricted vehicles include ATVs, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, etc. Weapons are not permitted on the ranch. No dunking on basketball hoops.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but please let us know before your visit whether you will have animals joining your group. Pet owners are responsible for any damages to property or livestock caused by their pet. A $25 per day dog fee will apply to all dogs, regardless of whether the dog stays the night.
