Rates
$250 per night (based on 4 people)
Rate is based on 4 people. Each person over 4 will be charged $25 a day.
3 nights minimum stay (Thurs-Sun or Fri-Mon).
Check-in: 3:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am
Dogs: We are dog friendly, however there will be a $25.00 per day charge w/ a 1 dog limit.
Note: Dogs are not allowed in the loft area.
Deposit Requirements: 75% deposit is required upon making reservation, must be received within 7 days of confirmed reservation. Venmo, Cash or Check only. The remaining 25% is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations: If reservations are cancelled with 90 days notice, 50%of the deposit will be refunded. If canceled with less than 90 days notice, NO deposit will be refunded. If reservation is moved to new dates, then a credit can be given IF the original dates get a booking.
Additional day guest: A few local Wimberley friends coming for the day is acceptable (but only a few, more than 3 needs management approval). However, if not local Wimberley residents, they will be charges a day fee of $15 per person.
Sleeping Arrangements: Upstairs in the loft is 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, downstairs in the living room is a queen fold out couch. There is space for 1 additional portable bed in the loft, we do have an extra mattress we can add upon request.
DAY RENTAL AVAILABLE
Doing day rental is new for us and for now we are only doing week days, we also will not book day rentals more than 15 days in advance. We do have a few select Sundays that we will host a day rental (but those will be more last minute).
$150 for a 5 hour period (you choose between 10am and 5pm) for up to 4 people.
Each person over 4 will be $25 with a max of 15 total guest.
Dog Friendly, but only 1 dogs per group (dog fee is $25 each, but does not count as part of your 15 people).
Full payment is required at time of booking (Venmo, Cash or Check).

Rules of the Cypress Creek Oasis Ranchita
Swimming is at your own risk.
Absolutely NO DIVING!!!
Please note: the triangle swing had gravel come in from a flood and the water depth needs to be checked before jumping.
The other side of the creek is private property, do not go on that side please.
Please pickup all your outside trash and belongings each day at the creek,
we do have neighbors and we like our creek front to be neat and clean.
Fishing is catch and release only.
No sunscreen allowed in the creek (it is shaded, so there is no need for sunscreen,
we have natural sunscreen with our huge cypress trees).
Hiking is only allowed in immediate area of the barn. All no trespassing signs, must be obeyed
(hiking is not permitted past the downstream dam).
Do not go near Cattle or Horse.
Renters will be responsible for all damage to material or property while staying at the Cypress Creek Oasis.
Pet owners are responsible for any damage to property or livestock caused by their dog.
Quite time is from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am
